Hi. Can one point me in the direction how to get a 100% bulletproof seedbox? That dosent keep any kind of logs? And if there is a court order they wont tell anything is that even possible?

I am looking to download atleast 1000-5000 videos a week. Ive been looking at one providers but the price is crazy it's like 6K EU a month is this my only soulution for fast downloading in bulk amounts? Without the timeout dropped connection all the time and lag.

I currently use rsync to move the files from my seedbox to my offshore dedicated server but i dont think its safe because the seedbox would keep the IP of my remote server where i am rsyncing the files too - I am wrong here? What is the way to move the files from a seedbox to my remote server anonymously?
Yes i know about VPNs but that is not safe.
