it can depend on the peering of the datacentre and the HDD you use, and if the port is dedicated or shared.
normally 60MB download and 40-50MB upload for our servers (NL datacentre)

well the speed is one of the most important issues having a box ,after all that is why you pay to get one right? for speed !! but HDD size and RAM size are not to be under estimated as well .
