What is the fastest Windows torrent client?

What client (with graphical interface) consumes the least resources: qBittorrent, Transmission, Deluge... ?

I'm using qBittorrent, and when it downloads at max speed, (100MB/s for my laptop), it makes the computer quite irresponsive.

I don't know if the reason is because I'm using a network card (RTL8156) connected to the USB port. (Even though it's USB 3.2)

My disk is not the problem, it's a fast NVME, and the CPU is an i7-7700HQ.

I haven't used Windows for torrenting for a while, but Transmission was my goto. I find that qbittorrent uses the least amount of resources (on my Linux box), and holds up when you've got a pile of torrents seeding. I would check your CPU, there is a good chance that its pinned at 100% when you're downloading at those rates. If that's the case, try throttling your downloads, or consider a dedicated machine to host a qbittorrent web UI.

I've found the problem is not the CPU but the USB drivers.
