Yeah I tried that before. But there is not much functions you can do. Have you tried the software XviD4PSP? The program name is not specifically made just for PSPs. There are a bunch of video encoding formats you can convert to a different formats and change it's bitrate, Filters and so forth. There are standard presets specifically made each Video Format. But you can still tweak to whichever you want. As long as you know what you're doing

ConvertxToDvd or WinAvi is the best !

winavi is slow for me, i like convertxtodvd because i can put multiple films on a disc if i like, run multiple instance of the program to convert alot at one time and can convert the avg. 1.37 GB movie in under 7 min. It takes longer to burn then it does convert. I really dont convert any files into any other format thats why its best for me!

OJOsoft Total Video Converter is a pretty good one, easy to use!
