So my friend and me bought YetiShare script for filehosting site and our problem is we can't get transmission for torrents and FTP to work throught NAS, so if you know anything please help.

What error you're getting?

Torrents aren't downloading on account storage but in transmission they are showed as downloaded

You need to set the directories permission from your hosting account and check the the torrent directories from Transmission.

I think you should try everything from the scratch. The above link is a complete guide let me know if you're stuck, I haven't used this YetiScript but this looks pretty much simple and easy installation.
