Please help, with these questions:

1. Problem: Subtitles “over-played”!
When I download a video from YouTube with “IDM” or “Video Download Ultimate”. With VDU, I can download the subtitles, too. The downloaded subs, are in “.vtt” (and have it converted in “.srt”). The problem with this is that some of the text lines are “over played”, in both .vtt and .srt.
Here are some examples:

2. Problem: Subtitles Creator from video or audio clip !
2 Q.: What is the best program “free”, or “one-time-pay”, user-friendly, that I can create subtitles from an audio or video files
