Go to work, socializing, do sports.
1. get up from desk once every hour.
2. go walking! the easiest form of exercise.
3. go to the gym. It's stupid but set really small goals where you have to be at the gym. It could be like 'do ten sets of dumbbell curls' and start from there. The whole point is to be at the gym. Then you just feel silly being there for that set. Might as well go walk on the treadmill! Or do more sets!
4. Eat more healthy food. There's no such thing as overloading on carrots! I'm pretty sure you'll get sick of carrots beforehand..

I do push-ups from time to time, when I don't have time for climbing. The good thing about push-ups is that you don't have to leave your room

Try to work out I guess. Or force yourself to do something outside xD
Sex is a good workout. Now, I just have to figure out something to get my right arm buffed up. :)
Seriously, just start small. If you start with full cross-fit classes five days a week, you'll burn out before you even start. Begin with short walks. Get out and get some air each day. After a week or so, you'll find you have a little more energy. Increase the walks, and slowly work your way up to hitting the gym or some classes.
There's also, seriously, a bike-powered laptop charger. Use that, and you'll get some exercise in while you work on your computer.
