Great tips, running, walking on air
having a girlfriend helps!
or a boyfriend
Nice. These are some simple but effective tips.
I use a standing desk at least half of the day. I like it.
But I also lift weights at least an hour a day. Probably not as good as running, but it's cold here.
I like class oriented stuff and love thai boxing, I also found dancing to be quite interesting and it's good for socialising ;)
Great advice. Using a standing desk can help too. Changing your position and using an RSI guard app can always help.
I'm training in GYM ;)
And thanks for tips , GREAT
1. Join a gym that is close to work
2. Walk/Bike to work
3. Drink a lot of water at work (increase your water intake, and force you to take break to use the washroom, win-win situation)
I have a few tips. Every 3-4 hours you should take a 15 min. break. Look at distant objects, preferably outside. Search on youtube for exercises that correct your posture, you do them once or twice a day and they help immensely. Here's what I do:

The n#1 thing that has helped me though is training. This can be in a gym (but I don't have access to one right now) so I train at home with dumbbells. Buy enough plates and you can have a complete training. Boosts your confidence like nothing else!
