Any data recovery program that allows specific time ranges?

The best file recovery program I know is Recuva. It's been around for years, I've had much success with it, the free version is good.

It doesn't have a way to search by date, but it does show the Modified date of what it finds.

For best chance of recovering deleted files, stop all actions that could cause writes to that drive. You need another drive to perform the recovery to (so there are no writes to the first drive).

I would suggest recuva and easeus data recovery. I could send you links for pro versions of both the programs. And as suggested by @MaxHeadroom stop all activities and just use a recovery program ASAP.
