Best Antivirus

Avast free edition is best, bar none.

kaspersky fan here!

I have to say ESET Nod32 Smart Security is the best. Its so light on the sys resources and CPU, its hardly noticeable. Using KIS now but its a CPU hog.

kaspersky is very good

I will always go with Avira Internet Security Suite.I think it's is the best antivirus available right now. I am very much experienced with several antiviruses like kaspersky,zonealarm,avast,norton,avg. Kaspersky always catches a false detection viruses which is not good when you are running some keygens which is not infected.
One more think about this kaspersky it always slow down your computer.
Avira is always best whether in terms of catching highly infected viruses or low infected viruses and it doesn't slow down your computer.

i say bit defender internet secuirty.. its wayy better than nod , avg and kaspersky(home version)
kaspersky internet seecurity is ebtter than bitdefender

in my oppinion,best FREE antivirus (to avoid blacklist license and block AV and the viruses harm your PC) is AVAST FREE EDITION.

for me, nothing better then kaspersky :) :)

sophos is free for all mac users and probably the best one for mac:-

I use MSE,it is free and if you are not demanding user it is more than ok.

i have to admit, ive never heard of EsetNod until this, but alot of people seem to rate it !

I use Kaspersky 2011 I can only recommend this programm, I just had a problem with the connection with Bad Company 2 but there is now a fix through the antivirus updates

ESET Nod32 FTW. Virus free fro the past 3 years. :D

KIS2010 is very nice, but it needs to change the key very often. It's very good in every other issues.

I don.t know who the best i use malvere bites and super antispywere but i think esset is good

as for the OP u can try Kaspersky or Mcafee/norton these are the two best in the industry

I used to use Avast and Eset before moving to Linux.

Kaspersky Pure is the best

i tried all the above Antivirues the most powerful is Webroot i currently use Microsoft Security Essentials but every one of the above has its disadvantages
