Love both. I like the eternal retro compatibility of pcs and the joy of playing consoles siting on my couch. Can't live without either. Actually, I'm here looking for private trackers because I relived my old nintendo wii and now I need to fill up my collection.

Don't want to upgrade the PC, so I'm on "retirement" - console, although I am waiting for the PS5 (just a fraction of the price for a new PC system).
But I must admit I always loved PC gaming.

PC all the way. There's just so much more you can do on a PC than on a console. Ignoring those, there are mods, community maps, better graphics, more customizability, high refresh rates, straight up superior KB&M controls for FPS games, easily obtainable pirated games, more unique indie games, etc.
Pc. . Mods and tweaks make is more fun
consoles for me because i prefer joypads. although i guess a lot of PC games can now be played with a joypad? or is it still a lot of keyboard and mouse?
I like PC games because I am familiar with keyboard and I can easily get games for PC.
PC gaming is better on most levels, but consoles have their charm and some advantages.

Full idort here, I try to game on every system. That said it's just too easy to prefer PC with cheats, mods, enhanced graphics or custom controls.
I think the "best" is PC.

Here's a spicy opinion: I love PC gaming and believe it is the best platform. At the same, for some games (such as Rocket League), controllers provide a significantly superior interface to the game due to the joystick, which allows for full 2D-angular movement as well as velocity tracking. It's quite nice to not be limited by 45°/90° directional inputs that you get with WASD, so I frequently use a PS5 controller to play games on my PC.Quote:

PC. However with the recent PS5 and Xbox, their hardware is pretty much on par with an upper mid to high end PC and costs way less, consoles are def on the rise.

I think consoles are more for gaming. That's their main function in the first place. Besides, I don't like playing with a keyboard and mouse. It's much cooler to buy a gamepad, lay down and play on the couch. Also, many gamepads can be customized and made special that will be similar to these controllers, which immediately changes your gameplay.

The only console I have is an Xbox 360 lol
dont really play games anymore but growing up i was always console, then i got into league and ruined my life.
PC has a lot more freedom while console is pretty locked into strictly gaming or apps.
