PC vs Console?

I prefer PC, Numerous ways to acquire games and at lower prices. A console works best for casual gaming.

I used to be a hardcore console gamer. I owned most of the consoles starting with the PS1. But the. I got my first copy of Rollercoaster Tycoon. I was done for. Haha. Fast forward, I still enjoy and play consoles (I just copped a Switch - just an amazing piece of technology), but I do have my "battle station" that I built specifically built to run AAA games and enough power to use Fruity Loops (music production) and Photoshop/AfterEffects (motion/graphic design). Something the consoles will never offer.

Also, the communities are pretty farout as well. Just like this one. Eyyy!!

Console you get dedicated gaming environment without any other distraction.

I was console all the way when i was younger.
Then i bought a PC and i cant really use a controller anymore

Grew up with consoles and a pc. Always preferred my consoles but the PS3/Xbox 360 generation killed console gaming for me. All that inefficient updating and patching and making profiles and accounts for everything just turned me off for good.

For sure PC but it seems most of my friends are in consoles which is unfortunate for me

I play on pc but kinda miss console. Nice to be able to remain competitive with a controller and free of distractions.

Console, only because it doesn't lag as much as on a PC. or maybe because I ain't got good enough money to get a better PC...

mostly play Console games and my favorite is the latest God Of War on PS4. I also play on PC, mostly RTS games, like They Are Billions

I do have a decent gaming PC but whatever I do I prefer to play in the comfort of my bed with a handheld console burning my retina 15cm away from my eyes in the middle of the night.

I play on both console and PC.
However most of my friend are on console so I play that the most.

I like playing games only on console but pc is the best just for the quality of images

The problem with consoles is: I always had only a few games. I didn't try to hack. My PC was flooded with games, apps, etc. Since console games are released for PC, too, or the old consoles are emulated, there is no real usage for me for a console beside the kids room.

I think gaming on a console is a lot more cost effective...but I have a PC anyway for work, content creation, web browsing, etc...so I use it for gaming too. And my son recently got himself the Nintendo Switch and daaamn the games are ridiculously expensive. So I'm starting to doubt this "Console gaming is cheap" theory I have. I prefer the Steam Sales every quarter.

I'm strictly a PC gamer not because I think consoles or handhelds or whatever else are bad... but because I cant be bothered to force myself to use and get used to playing with a controller. Mouse and keyboard master race. lol.

PC , config is good but you wont feel that much of satisfaction so in my opinion pc is the best .

Pc, at least I can remap awful control schemes to my liking.

If somebody had asked me this up until a few years ago I would have answered PC every time. But as I've gotten older I find that I'm happy with a console(s). I guess it's mostly due to how I play. I remember back in the day sitting in front a PC for hours on end playing things like the original Civilization, Doom, M.U.L.E., or whatever Now I tend to play for a few minutes here or there, the console just seems more convenient.

Consoles are cheaper than gaming PCs, I prefer consoles for the fact that I don't have money to get a gaming PC.

Drop the "or" and choose both. Buy yourself a Steam Link or similar device, this way you can play on TV with your PC standing in the next room. You can also use a game controller.

PC since I have the money. I do like to jump on my Playstation to work on my backlog of titles.

Console. I love my PS4 and have been a PlayStation fan since I got my PS1 back in 1995.

Love Pc but playing in console is way more to comfy

I've been playing on consoles since I started gaming as a kid but I would really like to build and play on a PC in the future.

PC fore sure. Not because i use. Only PC can be upgraded to a greater level beyond any consoles.

Playstation, waiting for PS5 now coming this holiday season :D
