Any list like this will be quite subjective. My personal favorites are Portal 2, Bioshock 2, Half Life 2, and GTA: San Andreas but I'm not going to badmouth other people's tastes. The best game is the one YOU enjoy playing. Live and let live I say.

i play almost all the FPS but noone gives me more fun than Bioshock did (the first two)

It is GTA V, it played like a TV series, only downside was that they are still trying to be funny (what they are actually not) and the personality design of the characters lacked in my opinion.
