When I say it's complicated it's because that's what I've heard in general but personally I've only seen it once and I feel like I've understood the majority and understood who each character was.

LOL that last line is hilarious, dude.

But it was definitely easier to keep track of what was going on the first two seasons (given the fact that the show deals with time travel and goes back and forth between other years).

But season 3, however, definitely made things a bit harder to understand... without a doubt. There were several times I was like "ok wtf", but I think I understood it fairly well. Reading an article online really helped with understanding season 3 and specifically the ending. If you're ever interested I can send you a good article I found

Right. It is definitely a bit complicated and complex, especially the third and final season.
