Are all the production houses US based? All these stream engines Netflix, Hulu & Amazon have tremendous content in US region where as netflix has less content in other region. Hulu doesn't even work outside US which is funny for me because they are ignoring the rest of world and people are using torrents more than ever to watch these shows, I think corporation like these are the ones which indirectly provokes users to go and opt for piracy.

Why can't they make content available world-wide?

PS: I'll be going to Singapore and I always watch something on hulu every night. Netflix is too stale for me right now. I really want to know if I can watch Hulu Singapore.
