Terrified Bradley Walsh pushed out of a plane by lookalike son Barney
BRADLEY Walsh was pushed out of a plane by his lookalike son Barney as they filmed new TV show Breaking Dad.
The Chase host looked terrified in the first look at the upcoming four-part series set to hit our screens in the new year.
Bradley, 58, recently filmed a 2,000-mile road trip across America with his 20-year-old son who, literally, pushes him to the limit.
Throughout the show, viewers will see him try skydiving at 12000ft, battle alligators and make a lot of memories.
In the trailer, Barney tells him: “We’re getting you out of your comfort zone, we’re making memories together, that’s what it’s all about!”
Before jumping out of a plane, he tells his dad: “You got it. You’re gonna be good…
"How many fathers and sons get to do this? Families that jump together, stay together!”
Despite being pushed out of his comfort zone, Bradley admits the experience was "one of the highlights of my life".
He told fans: "My son @barneycpwalsh ‘s idea to take me out of my normal regime and make me do stuff I don’t want to do !!! Kids eh ? Who’d have ‘em .....frightening . Happy New Year everyone XXX."
Bradley is usually seen everytime weekday at 5pm on ITV's The Chase as a quizmaster.
He was paid more than £9.2 million in the last two years - an average of £4.6 million a year - making him one of Britain's top earners.
His incredible fortune is put down to his sheer volume of work across numerous shows.
The last full series of The Chase (series 11) consisted of a staggering 170 episodes, according to Radio Times - spread across 15 months to early September. And already the quiz show is into Series 12.
He has also hosted Celebrity and Family spin-off versions of The Chase, and presented another ITV quiz show called Cash Trapped in 2016-17 which was “based on an original idea by Bradley Walsh”.
Walsh, 58, fronted a one-off documentary about The London Palladium earlier this year.
He did a week presenting The Nightly Show in 2017, as well as six episodes of Play To The Whistle in 2017. In 2016 he presented a number of episodes of Sunday Night at the Palladium.
He's now turning his attention to a brand new show starring son Barney.
