Lies and forbidden love haunt Harry Styles in the new trailer for Amazon's romantic drama, My Policeman. The film is set in Brighton during the 1950s and is based on Bethan Roberts' 2012 novel. Styles plays a gay policeman named Tom who marries Marion (Emma Corrin), a schoolteacher, despite secretly falling for Patrick (David Dawson), a museum curator. Styles is a famous pop artist who has recently crossed over into film acting with movies like Don't Worry Darling and Dunkirk.

In the new trailer for My Policeman (via Prime Video), love and deception weigh heavily on Styles as his character Tom attempts to lead two different lives. The trailer interweaves moments between Tom and Marion, from celebrating their wedding day to afternoons spent by the pool, with the secretive midnight meetings with Patrick. Tom's profession as a law enforcer complicates this, as he struggles between upholding the law or following his heart.
