Paramount has released a brand-new trailer for their forthcoming fantasy thriller film Mona Lisa and the Blood Moon, starring Kate Hudson. The film also stars Jeon Jong-seo, Craig Robinson, Ed Skrein, Altonio Jackson, and Evan Whitten. The story of Mona Lisa and the Blood Moon centers around a single mother named Bonnie (Hudson), who sees a moneymaking opportunity after linking up with a mysterious mental institute escapee with supernatural powers named Mona (Jong-seo). However, their luck begins to run out when their crime spree draws the attention of a detective (Robinson).

Now, Paramount has dropped an official trailer for Mona Lisa and the Blood Moon, putting the spotlight on the film's playful yet offbeat tone. The trailer begins with Jong-seo's character Mona making a daring escape from a mental institute and eventually ending up in a diner in New Orleans, where she meets a single mom and hustler, Bonnie. Mona reveals her supernatural abilities to Bonnie, after which they decide to go on a crime-ridden adventure in their neon-lit surroundings, with Robinson's Officer Harold following their every move.
