A new The Boys season 4 photo teases massive changes for The Seven after Starlight quit the team. Prime Video's hit superhero series revolves around the conflict Billy Butcher (Karl Urban), Hughie Campbell (Jack Quaid), and The Boys have with Vought's Supes empire and its leader Homelander (Antony Starr). Throughout the first three seasons, Starlight (Erin Moriarty) has played a central role in the story. Viewers have followed her as she joins The Seven, works against them and their corruption, becomes a co-captain with Homelander, and much more. The Boys season 3 elevated Starlight's story even more and set up a brand-new role for her in season 4.

The Boys season 4 is currently in production in Canada, which means there have been some major updates on the upcoming episodes. The show's cast and creators have repeatedly teased how fun the beginning of the new season has been to make. These updates have primarily come from the show's protagonists, as Billy, Hughie, and Starlight have been shown together with Mother's Milk, Kimiko, and Frenchie once again. Unlike past seasons, Starlight is officially part of The Boys team in season 4 after she quit The Seven and exposed some of Vought's dirty secrets.

Thanks to a new photo from The Boys season 4 set, the fallout of Starlight quitting The Seven has been teased. The official Vought International Twitter account shared an image of the Vought Tower set and an updated mural that shows The Seven team. The account mentions that Starlight has been removed from the mural and is deemed a traitor within the halls of Vought Tower. The Seven mural now only features three active members in Homelander, A-Train, and The Deep - as Black Noir and Translucent are dead, and Queen Maeve is believed to have also died, as far as Vought knows.

Starlight quitting The Seven in The Boys season 3's ending was always going to be a big part of season 4's storyline. The move directly changes the show's two main groupings and the dynamics at play. The Seven and Vought are now firmly under Homelander's control, so erasing all signs of Starlight in Vought Tower makes sense. The Boys season 4 photo also sets up the possibility of Vought making additional changes to The Seven mural as the season plays out, possibly adding in some of the members who will help replenish the team's roster after Starlight's exit.

Now that Starlight is off working with The Boys in season 4, The Boys has plenty of options to introduce new members of The Seven. It is already confirmed that two new Supes, Firecracker and Sister Sage, are being included in the story. Jeffrey Dean Morgan's The Boys season 4 casting could even bring Tek Knight into the fold potentially, while Soldier Boy could also return and possibly join forces with his son, Homelander. In any case, The Boys season 4 is already playing up the drama that comes after Starlight quit the team.
