The long-awaited first look at James Cameron's Avatar 2 arrived earlier this year, as Disney debuted the first trailer in May. The footage revealed the ground-breaking visual effects that the director is once again using as part of the sequel's new underwater setting.


Disney and 20th Century released a new Avatar: The Way of Water trailer this morning ahead of the sequel's December 16, 2022 release date.
