Unfortunately I don't think you'll be able to find an invitation for ToTV on any forum anytime soon, as the site itself is still in BETA and the only user-class that has invitations is the staff.

If you want to join while ToTV is still in BETA, you'll have to do it through official recruitment that ToTV Staff run on other trackers. (That's how I joined too.)
