Site is closed, but i don't know where you got that it's good for WP themes. Site is only apps, plugins, models, materials, tutorials etc. It's for graphics and 3D mostly.
No Wordpress themes and other web design resources.

Because I’m a member of CGP and have over 40tb up on the tracker. AND the place I got my invite to CGP repeatedly has announcements of open invites. That’s how I know.

Cannot. Invites are disabled at the moment because the community max has been reached.

Most of the stuff they upload to their site https://cgpersia.com/ files are on multiple filehosts, and you will probably have to buy premium account on one of the filehost to get those big files

Nothing exclusive about the tracker, you can get most of the stuff on other places too
