Some people don't speak good English and you can't blame them for that, I know it's annoying when your threads get spammed but I've found the worse thing you can do is react to it as your thread will be just full of spam then.

A bit of advice, don't keep threatening members with negative feedback for silly things because when you do actually leave a negative for a good reason staff will not be able to take you seriously.
