The BlackCats-Games tracker has a lot of games from many consoles, and its rules keep a good speed.
In all the trackers I use, I always upload at least the size of the file I downloaded. I have already uploaded lots of GB in many trackers, even if they don't require registration.
I understand that the torrent p2p is made to seed, not just leech.
