According to the review it is a closed invite only tracker so maybe the review should be updated. A suggestion maybe would be maybe put a sticky at top of thread maybe with a list of trackers that are always (mainly) open and should not to posted in the open trackers section. It is hard to tell what sites are open most of the time.
