The registration is open at the moment. You can leave the field "Invitation code" empty.

It is said there that if you have the code, you can enter it there. But it is not mandatory and with no code you can register with no problem.
I have tried signing up several minutes ago, the registration is functioning, no code is required.

They have opened the registration on July, 29, it is still open for everyone so far.
