I use Firefox and an addon called S3 translator to automatically translate web pages. If you use Chrome, it supports translating web pages on its own.

also in chrome u can just goto the page and right click and choose translate this site, it automatically translates the site, then go to options on translate and choose always translate whatever the language in this case russian
