Signed up, browsed the site and it seemed like very low activity. It looks like maintaining a ratio would be super hard. But word of warning, my account was disabled within 6 hours of signing up, never touched a single torrent yet. I can only suspect it was due to browsing with a VPN. I did sign up on my home IP like the signup page said to, but the rules/FAQ did not seem to specify that you cannot use a VPN. Oh well...
