Not sure what could be the problem at your end. I got registered in one attempt with confirmation mail in my inbox.

Yep, I cofirm it is a possible scam! No letter in my email also+ spam folder checked

Edit- Well, I got the confirmation letter, but they sent it much later... Don't know why
