Yea some tracker have bad start and die uppon start some other work like zombie tracker and somehow after 1-2 years got big bang and bring some peoples.
All depend on admin how behave.. good seed points on start offen time invite etc...

Good examle its TL which make huge incom in short time.. and slowly its better than most priv trackers with global content.
