I am not from this Countries,registered yesterday and when i try to login i get error.

And what data did you enter in the login field? You should write your Login there, not your e-mail! And Login has prohibitions on some symbols, everything is specified there during registration. Everyone registers normally, only you have problems, can you start thinking with your head?

Registered, worked for a while. Now when I try to login, it's telling me no account found and also cant re-register. Something is not working.

If siding time is zero (total, in the user's profile), after 5 days such account will be irrevocably deleted by the system. Either you download or you are not here, you don't need to be a guest.
