In order to register on sites you'd better use a Gmail address. It's going to work in almost all cases. If you haven't recieved a confirmation email after several hours and have a dynamic IP, retry registering on a new IP and use a Yahoo address this time. To my experience, using one or the the other, it's gonna get the job done in 99,99% of all cases.
