anyone has any downloading issue from the tracker

On their FAQ they don't list QBT at all. Fine, maybe that's outdated.

What version do you have ? I won't revert to QBT 5.0, that one has many issues.
When I grab a torrent now with 5.03 or 5.04, this is the message:
