It’s a newbie test. So you have to download 20gb, upload 20gb and save up 3000 bonus points within 30 days. If you don’t then the account is disabled.. very common for Chinese trackers.

There is no newbie test for this PT99 tracker, just maintain the up/down ratio over 1.0 and seed snatched torrents for 36 hours, then you can live well.

I just tested using gmail and got confirmation mail immediately.

it means "your Time Ratio need ＞ 5",
suppose you seed 10 torrents for 2 days, your total seeding time is 20 days
you download 3 torrents for 1 day, your total downloading time is 3 days
20 / 3 ＞ 5, so you pass this newbie test.
