they ask for a code after signing up the code can be obtained by downloading a PDF file using a torrent client, that torrent cant be downloaded using even a seedbox any reason for that

I had the same problem a couple of months ago, but now I tried again (with the same email address) and I could donwload it and code was in the bittorrent clien. I have successfully registered on the site. (Both times I was on a regular PC.)

they wrote "It is highly recommended to use qBittorrent 4.3.x"

What sort of content do they have on this site ? They seem to have MAME's and ROM's. What are they ?
