Pixelhd is always open for applications, it is the only way to become a member because there are no invitations.

Do they never give out invitations at all?

Unless you have high level trackers it's unlikely they gonna accept the application.
The usual way to get into PixelHD is either through the invite forums on RED or MAM or have a member referral.

You still need tracker proofs when going through the invite forums
