Panda.cd is a music orientated torrent site with a bit of a twist. It's designed specifically with recording artists doing their own thing in mind.
A key feature of the site is the 'artist donation' system. This means if you are in a band or make any kind of music yourself, you can upload your torrents and supply your PayPal details allowing other members to donate directly to you if they wish.
For donating to artists, torrents can be made freeleech and members receive invites (not to mention that warm fuzzy feeling inside).
Non-artist members are still able to upload freely available music.
It runs a highly customised codebase with plenty of other unique features.
