thanks the registration button didn't work at first but as i assumed you have to disable the google translation while registration and logining you can enable it again, and it worked same problem with NexusPhp when you can't save changes at your profile, disable the translation then allow it again

Hmm I registered with translation on so maybe it could be a browser issue (I registered with Edge) or it was just a bug of the site that occured at that time when you wanted to register but either way for all the other users if they wont be able to register try oldTraders solution by disabling the translation .
