I've been wondering, instead of per-torrent H&R seeding requirements and/or bonus systems that require user monitoring and intervention, why don't trackers enforce a minimum average seeding time (obviously after an initial parole period so that new users can get theirs above the minimum)? It seems like an average seeding time policy more accurately incentivizes the intention of such policies.

leecheers number now are very low regardless the Rank of the tracker
so any extremes seeding rules will make matters worse

i think 48 hours if torrent ratio 1:1 OR 72 hours if Ratio<1:1 are accepted + any torrent bigger than 5 GB should be Auto freeleech for 24hours like some trackers do

Trackers are dying against streaming services and cracked games websites and Only uniqe content trackers will survive like Learning material, non maninstream movies and shows, rare content materials .
