It's a forum.. As per rules it says the only way to enter is if you get an invite so you need to know someone inside the tracker and from forum you can reach out and say: "USER" invited me and they'll start some kind of interview. They require screenshots of tracker proof. This registration link is useless unless you ALREADY know a member. (Perhpas if you're German you can get to know some through chat? but idk)
