Yes, at the time being.
But their staff are trying to get it online back, just some technical issues while moving from server A to server B only, they now use Gazelle-base database. User data are kept safe !
They need several days to reconfig all the settings and those technical issues.
P/S: After open registration, they banned most of their registered users :d Now old members from hqmusic.vn must re-register with invites. Their new domain is hqmusic.info and there're just more than 200 enabled users at the moment.
