I registered with no problems. just fill out form and they will email you a confirmation link. My only issue is this: You have to have POINTS to download anything. You get points from uploading or donating and a couple other things. After you get points then you get access to the download links and mirror links. It looks like it links you to sites like MegaUpload and Mediafire. But it is open.
