Since this is an online request, you have to wait in a queue. I waited several hours yesterday, then finally had to get some sleep. Then dropped from the queue, and now starting over. Wish there was a way to know where I'm at in the queue, or if it is random.

Also, make sure you have a gmail/proton email account ready.
