lol, that msg is only for non ssl connections.. try https:// then it works just fine.. Why would a tracker ban multiple ips for the same user?
I can think only of a case that when there are more then one users on the same IP. Did you registered multiple accounts??
It's highly unlikely that they ban users with multiple ips. It seems your comments on trackers is just wrong and overall are assumptions.
