Will a user have to pass all the sections? What about download? Suppose a user only downloaded freeleech torrents, all the other things are pass except download, or think of any other one, will his account also be deleted?

Got it, and forgot to ask, what is the minimum seedtime there? I mean, what if 1.1 ratio is not meet for downloaded torrents?
