The only way to get invited to BTN is to be invited by a BTN user who is of the 'Master' user class.

The easiest way is to become a 'Power User' on one of the more reputable private trackers (PTP, TeH, Bitme.org, etc) which will get you access to the invite forums. BTN staff have recruitment threads there so you can get an invite from them.
