Yes you are right about the occasional VIP forum sales pitch! But its for SEO services+tools+plugins which is independent of what W4S is all about re: Web-Design/Graphics which is all gratis to W4S members. I guess its just an awareness campaign per se the owner(s) of W4S do once in a while that a complementary offering is available should a user be interested. Site Owners prerogative I guess! And I totally agree it does somewhat taint the whole Sharing is Caring concept, but maintenance costs do add up! Like you say though you cant force it which as a user of W4S for past few months I never felt I was being forced into anything (which I would despise too)!!

@mastermorpheus W4S is different than weboas.is but both are based for same contents. W4S is expanding by allowing contents other then graphics, web-development etc
@oscar81 I agree with you & support donation. But my point is different members can support in different way then why access to exclusive area to donors only? - Suppose you are active very member of W4S & sharing 1000+ contents but still you won't get access to exclusive areas.

Almost all tracker give promotions & access to some exclusive area to members who fulfill their requirements no matter if they had donated or not. Even here (at TI) we allow member to excess VIP area if they are active & contributing to community.

I suppose now you are getting my POV
