Not if you know people who fansub and have some coins there. It requires like Elite status and 826k coins to buy and invte, that's why it's hard to find invite.

It requires being a Veteran user, not Elite, the same review says it

And the price of the invitation is changed by the staff, it's not permanent, sometimes it costs more than others
