As far as I know there is no way to enable English through profile features. You can use Google Chrome to auto translate foreign/non-English sites.

I want to know this site now is only for scandinavian (Norwegian) user or not?before i have great acc here but my account dissabled becouse im from another country.

It's a nice tracker and hard to get into but we members need to appreciate it
