i would say Pretime is fast only with MP3 files but with video it's slow and it reaches sometimes 8 minute after pretime

we could say Pretime is 7/10 specially if you compare it with fast Scene trackers Scenetime/DigitalCore which is 8.5/10 TorrentDay "P2p/Scene tracker" 8.5/10

The only Tracker deserve 9-9.5/10 is Torrentseeds Despite their financial problems which could lead to the end of the Tracker .

But as you said it's simple tracker

Milkie Pretime with HD which shows it's slow "it takes minutes, second torrent shows 12 min after Pretime"
